Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your LicenseExamReady account and everything stored with it at any time, including if you signed in with Google or Facebook.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email address, name and profile picture from Google or Facebook)
• Your test attempts, answers and progress
• Any "notify me" requests you left for upcoming exams

Payment records kept by Stripe for tax and accounting purposes are retained by Stripe as the law requires. We never store your card number.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@licenseexamready.com with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Send it from the email address on your account, or tell us that address.
3. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first under Account → Manage billing, so you aren't charged again.

We delete your data within 30 days and email you when it's done.

Just want to clear your progress?

You can delete individual test attempts yourself from My progress inside any exam, without closing your account.

Removing the Facebook connection

To stop LicenseExamReady from accessing your Facebook information, open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, and remove LicenseExamReady.
