Privacy Policy

Draft for review by a lawyer before launch. Users in some states (e.g. California's CCPA/CPRA, Virginia, Colorado) have privacy rights; confirm what applies as you grow.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email", we only receive a private relay address.
• Study data: your test attempts, answers and progress, so you can see them on any device.
• Billing: Stripe handles card details. We store only your Stripe customer ID and plan status, never your card number.

How we use it

To run your account, save your progress, process payments, send account emails (such as sign-up confirmation and password reset) and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the site: Supabase (accounts and database), Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can delete your study history from My progress at any time. To delete your account and data, email support@licenseexamready.com.
