1. What this service is

LicenseExamReady provides practice questions and study tools for contractor licensing exams. It is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any state licensing board, government agency or exam provider. Practice questions are not real exam questions, and using the service does not guarantee that you will pass any exam.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the service. Keep your password private. One account is for one person; sharing accounts is not allowed.

3. Free trial, plans and payment

New accounts get a free trial of 3 days without a payment card. After the trial you can buy a monthly subscription, which renews each month until you cancel, or a one-time access pass for a fixed number of days. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or publish the question bank, scrape the site, or try to get around payment or access limits.

5. Accuracy

We work to keep content accurate, but laws, codes and fees change and errors can happen. Always check official sources such as your state board's candidate information and the current code books. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you by email or on the site.
